I wanted to let you know how much Jessie and I enjoyed working with you and your entire crew. When we had you build our house 9 years ago we were thrilled with the results and so when it came time for our major addition and remodeling this winter we were sure you would do a great job. You did not disappoint us.

You stayed on time and within the budget. Everything we asked for we got. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate it. We would love to be used as a reference for you any time.

I want to sincerely thank you for your help last night with fixing the backed up sewage pipe. I don't know how many people would leave the comfort of their home late at night to help in getting the problem resolved. You came over in an instant to our home and started troubleshooting. Before I knew it you had someone from the Village of Cottage Grove and Homburg checking the sewer line and promptly the blockage was removed!

Someone else would have simply said that there is nothing that can be done at such a late hour and wait until tomorrow. The fact that you were able to get someone out to the house from the Village and Homburg speaks well of the excellent relationship you have with them.

In the end the damage is not as bad as we had thought and this incident will mobilize us to throw out "stuff" we should have gotten rid of years ago.

Again, my sincerest thanks for your help and if you ever need a reference please don't hesitate to use me. In my book you are an outstanding builder that stands behind his work.

I want to apologize in advance, I have been meaning to write this letter ever since we moved in.

I just wanted to thank you for building us the house of our dreams. We absolutely love it!! It is rare that you find a builder with you professionalism and attention to detail. We were so please with the experience and outcome, you made the building process easy and fun.

We were so impressed with the time you spent with us to make sure all of our wishes were carried out. I also want to thank you for always making yourself available when needed. I know I can be a bit high maintenance, however you never made us feel that way. Mike did an awesome job with all the detail work. The attention and care he took with the house was wonderful, you would have thought it was his own. We were amazed at what he could do with a picture, it was perfect. All of you contractors were terrific, very professional and did a great job.

Our favorite part of the house is the kitchen, Tim would say the garage (Ha-Ha). We have received so many compliments from our friends. They love the open feel of the house and the "kitchen". Like I have said, it is the heart of the home, it should be the largest room of the house. We love it all!!

Building was a big step for us, and I just wanted to thank you for making the experience enjoyable and stress free. The house is incredible and truly a dream home. We cannot thank you enough and would recommend you to anyone!

We've been here about a month so we felt it was about time to thank you and all of your crew for the terrific job you did on our house. From our first meeting with you we were certain that you would be able to build just what we wanted and more. Now we can say we were right. You were a terrific help every step of the way, making suggestions, pointing out problems and most importantly, not being afraid of saying that some of our ideas were not very good. The area where this showed the most is in the kitchen/dining room. The cabinets between these two rooms are fantastic. You were the one who suggested them, and they make the house. Then you did not let us screw up the cabinets by putting on pulls that would look lousy. Your help did not stop there, but continued in so many places and ways.

Your crew was also terrific. Besides being skilled, on time and hard working they were helpful and friendly when we came out. In talking with hte guys on the job we realized that they all knew exactly what they were doing and enjoyed the work. The made us feel at home before it was officially our home.

Lastly you told us that building a house should be fun and that part of your job was to make it fun for us. Well, you did an absolutely fantastic job. You made building the house fun.

Many people warned us that building a new home was going to be a stressful and unpleasant experience which we found to be rather strange. After all, how could building one's dream home be unpleasant. One thing is for sure, it's an awful lot of work! We decided it's successful completion would depend on two factors - our attitude and the general contractor we chose.

We want you to know that we love the house and appreciate the quality workmanship you put into it. We feel we really got our money's worth. We also appreciate the way you helped us through the process, explained the various aspects we didn't understand and worked with us on the changes during construction.

Looking back, there are things we'd probably do differently, but we'll just havt to file those ideas away for the next project. All in all, this home was a big success. A big thank you for doing a great job!
