After consulting with all the sub-contractors and suppliers, Ultimate Construction will meet with you to discuss a detailed breakdown of costs. Once you have determined a budget, Ultimate Construction will draw up and sign the construction contract documents.
Step #4: Scheduling & Permits

Our company reviews and adjusts it on a weekly to sometimes daily basis, and informs you of any problems or changes that may affect the completion date. In order to begin construction, the permit applications are submitted with the associated building jurisdictions. Once approvals are obtained, construction can begin!

We begin and complete project construction according to the approved plan and specifications. You will be updated frequently on construction progress and any problems that may arise.
